Shipping and Returns


At this stage, we are only shipping to customers in Australia.

Postage is a flat rate $10 for up to 500g (2 x 250g jars).

If you are ordering more than 500g of product, please contact us before you submit your order as we may have further discounts to apply to your quantity and postage. As we are still at an early, pre-launch stage, we’re happy to discuss prices for large orders. Drop us a line at to get the conversation going.

Free delivery is available for local drop off to postcodes 4214, 4215, 4216, 4217, 3182, 3183, 3184, 3185. Select “Local pickup” at the checkout.


We want you to have the best time using (and recommending 😎) our products, but if for any reason this isn’t the case please get in touch with us at and let us know what works for you and what doesn’t – we love feedback!

Full refunds or replacements given on damaged or faulty goods.  Customers must contact Functional Blends immediately upon receipt of goods and provide proof of damaged or faulty goods. Goods must be returned before a replacement is dispatched. Please email to notify us of the returning goods and to obtain our reply paid number.

All freight costs for damaged or faulty goods will be at the company’s expense.

If you are not completely satisfied with our products or experience discomfort, we will provide a refund or store credit within 14 days of receiving. You just need to do the following:

  • Make sure the product is in good condition and only lightly sampled (less than 1/4 used).
  • Put the product in the shipper box you received it in, and post to Functional Blends, PO Box 294, Elsternwick Vic 3185.
  • Include your order number inside the box, and the reason for your return – it’s important for us to know why you are returning it.
  • Email us at to let us know you have sent the product back and why quoting your order number.

Customers are responsible for shipping if they chose to return for a refund. Please email to initiate a return.

Functional Blends will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure or track the returned parcel.


When you return your item + receive a store credit, you will still be required to pay any outstanding payments on your Zip Pay account. Your payments will not stop when you return an item(s). If issued with a store credit, you will receive a credit for the full amount that you paid originally, which you may use straight away. Your store credit will last 1 year from the date of issue.

If requesting a refund, the price of the product will be applied to your Zip Pay account – shipping and Zip Pay costs will not be refunded.
